The RESIF quality control department has been expanded with a three-coordinate CNC measuring machine!
The gantry mobile structure and the built-in granite table provide high load-bearing capacity of the machine and a wide space for placing workpieces. The separating vibration design of the drive system minimizes the impact on the measurement accuracy due to machine vibration, even when the machine is moving at high speed. A high-performance synchronous belt drive is used on three axes, which allows not only to achieve high movement speeds to improve measurement efficiency, but also to minimize rotational inertia to improve movement acceleration.
We are confident that the new acquisition will not only maintain the current high level of quality, but will also help RESIF become even better!
