RESIF held an open day!

We have been working towards this for a long time, and finally it happened – RESIF held an Open Day for employees’ families!

The idea of holding such an event arose a year ago and was considered as an event only for employees’ children. The younger children simply wanted to see where their parents worked and what they did, while the older children were already interested in the work of the enterprise as a single complex and specific technological processes, looking at mechanical processing from the perspective of future work. The company’s goal was to strengthen families, develop human resources, and inspire children to gain new knowledge.

But the demands grew, and in the process of preparing for the Open Day, spouses and close relatives of our specialists were added to those wishing to see RESIF from the inside. This was an unexpected, but very pleasant turn for our event!

Having slightly restructured the program for the increased audience, RESIF was ready to receive guests.

Under the close attention of adults and observing safety precautions, the guests walked along the entire production chain, starting with the processing of the drawing by the sales department and ending with the inspection of the finished part. Having visited the blank, milling and metalworking, thermal and finishing sections, the children and their parents got acquainted with the main types of materials used, watched the work of the milling centers and launched the thread-cutting machine! And the story of our director about RESIF and mechanical processing, rebuilt for inquisitive children’s minds, became an interesting preface to the tour: interactive activities, riddles and competitions did not leave the little visitors indifferent.

In addition to bright emotions, the guests received small souvenirs with the RESIF logo.

We hope that the established tradition will take root, because the continuity of generations and the constant desire to meet the youth halfway are important areas of the enterprise in the training of future personnel.
