Annual meeting of founders

On March 6, 2018, the annual general meeting of participants of RESIF Technologies Bel LLC was held.

At the meeting, the company’s founders reviewed and approved the report on the company’s activities in 2017 and agreed on plans for 2018. Yuri Ivanovich Zayats was re-appointed as the director of the enterprise. Denis Vladimirovich Vasiliev was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
